My workout as I count down to SB III

Well, my fellow speed bag addicts. I'm gearing up for the big event. It's just 2 weeks away and I want to make sure I can keep up with everybody. I've been punching at every opportunity. Here is a little video I put together today after my workout.

That slow-mo section is wild, where the bag is jiggling around like a water balloon, or a big speed bag jello mold. I've never seen anything like that before. AWESOME!
