It's got a big balsy shape. Kinda like an old Everlast I had years ago. Don't think I ever hit a Lonsdale before.....

I bought this one....
I too agree it is a bit hard on the hands and the rebound is rather lacking.
I guess it goes into the category of "bags to punch when you want to go for power and strength as opposed to speed and technique". For me, that is a rarity as I am obsessed with improving my fluidity on the advanced techniqes and punch drumming more than anything.
Also had to mention I dig your set up. The little timer/clock is great. I need to get one like that. Nice pics on your profile page.
BAG ON!had to clean it (as its new)
. thanks for the comments about my profile page, I have seen you improve beyond compare in each video you post!! the timer is a digital cooking timer i use it to time rounds on the bags which i combine with weights to give that extra burn!! pain indeed
all the best Fingers

Hey Fingers! I never saw your reply to my post until now. Don't know how I missed it. Thanks for the kind words.....
So, 2 things re: the Lonsdale bag I bought that you commented on...
(I still this bag looks wizard!)
...I don't have it with me on the road so I ask. If I deflate this bag a bit, do you think it will react a little better? And, I've barely ever, (outside of with Bif in a gym in May) hit from a U-bolt swiv. Do bags generally go faster on them?
Thanks. Anyone else's insight would be cool too!

Hey SSP! i have a ball pressure valve which i use to check my speedbags i keep them at 4lb psi i think most sports shops sell them i got mine from Sugar rays!! i have only ever used a u bar swivel so i cant really compare it to a ballhook! but i do manage to get a real blur going on, i think Speedbagsisorhands uses one and he is a class bagger
i guess its all down to personal preference i have just ordered a spare! its the BBE nickel plated one on sugar rays site, all the best. Fingers
