Besides knees on the vert, this is the best cardio workout with a speed bag i can do. I want to keep doing this exercise but our treadmill is down and dont know when its getting fixed. It was fun though, challenging.

This is one of the best comments, I never read, until just now. What you said is the reason I know to keep pushing the speed bag in every direction possible. Thanks for the newly found motivation. I'm putting a bag in front of my hands now! I'm glad I get to share all of my ideas with you at the Gatherings. This year you blew my mind with comments you made about my custom platform being so much more sturdy then all the other platforms there. You too would rather not bag, if not on quality equipment. You too are what we need, a very talented artist.
