That's an interesting approach to the double tap. Pretty much all that I have seen or noticed there is always a pause or slight retract in fist movement but yours is continuing with forward movement. I'm gonna have to try it good stuff and great punch day

IF that appeared in the Speed Bag Bible it would be a Front Double Punch (FDP) with a Front Straight Punch (FSP) double bump.
FDP ' FSP L-R ' R
You could also write this a a Front Circle Punch (FCP), Followed by two Front Straight Punches (FSP) or FCP ' FSP ' FSP
But I normally join a double punch together.
IF that was an Outward-Triple Elbow Strike (O-TES) by adding a left outward elbow on the the front it would be (O-TES) ' (FSP)
To be mega accurate, his left fist looks like it is hitting a FSP, not FCP, so that Front Double Punch is actually created by a L-FSP and R-FSP. Perfectly legal, just a different variation.
