What is the bible name and notation for the 3 punch combo in the slo-mo section?

I call it rule #2, Double Tap. Don’t get stingy with your bullets.

That's an interesting approach to the double tap. Pretty much all that I have seen or noticed there is always a pause or slight retract in fist movement but yours is continuing with forward movement. I'm gonna have to try it good stuff and great punch day

Well if we could have an International punch Day, I could participate.

I'll try to get some better vids, but I am not very good at it yet, especially when the camera is rolling. I was doing the retract for a while, but it was killing my shoulders. Doing it this way lets me hit the bag pretty hard and get a really fast double rebound. The trick is you have to hit the breaks just after the first tap so you automatically get the 2nd tap, then get your fist out of the way of the rebound.

Rusty, is that the bag you recently picked up about a month or so ago? The one Dutchman said came from or was made in Canada? It's a nice color what ever it is.

Yes, indeed! That is my favorite bag, the Genesport 8x5. Almost a perfect bag. If I could make the perfect bag, I would start with that one, and only change a couple little things.

IF that appeared in the Speed Bag Bible it would be a Front Double Punch (FDP) with a Front Straight Punch (FSP) double bump.

                    FDP ' FSP L-R ' R

You could also write this a a Front Circle Punch (FCP), Followed by two Front Straight Punches (FSP) or FCP ' FSP ' FSP

But I normally join a double punch together.

IF that was an Outward-Triple Elbow Strike (O-TES) by adding a left outward elbow on the the front it would be (O-TES) ' (FSP)

To be mega accurate, his left fist looks like it is hitting a FSP, not FCP, so that Front Double Punch is actually created by a L-FSP and R-FSP. Perfectly legal, just a different variation.

Here is a longer vid with more slo-mo. When I hit the double-tap, it is one punching motion, but I need to control the speed very carefully through the punch.

And I have not figure out how to link it yet.
