I have found teaching guys who do not speak English a little challenging. Holding the elbow with one hand and then the fist with the other while showing the motion of the FSP has worked well. The tendency to strike and then stop, strike then stop is eliminated.

I may install another platform. Moving the platform up and down a lot is going to eventually wear the fasteners out.

It is mounted on a solid concrete column with 6" bolts.

Who do you think would donate an additional platform?
I would approach everlast. As a massive company they would probably be up for some free stuff for advertising. Balazs might gift you some stuff as well.

How about setting up some sort of crowd funding page? I expect that a few of the guys on here would donate.

    Cheers

Yeah I got a similar reaction at work. When they saw me using elbows and front and reverse fist rolling they were shocked.

    Thanks for your service!

Duke, is that X-Mark bolted into concrete, and if so how much more stable is it?

Duke, great job. Thanks for spreading the speed bag word, but most importantly, thank you and all vets, past and present, for your service.

Nice one. You need to write to some of the platform manufacturers to see if they can donate some platforms for you.
