First lesson at the Ymca

Good evening. Tonight was the first lesson at the Ft Myers Ymca. Turn out was very good. 9 women and 2 men ranging in ages from 14 to early 60's. Only 1 in the class had ever hit the bag. By the end of the hour everybody was smiling and sore. It was enjoyable to watch the learning curve. Promoted the forum and the bible. Next class is in two weeks.
