Okay I tried to post a picture and a short video. If you can see them, I have a couple of questions. The bag is hung as it came. I have an air pump and guage. But, of course I can't find it. Does the air pressure look about right. How does one tell when it is correct. Should I lubricate the swivel? WD40?Last edited by opr1945; Yesterday, 05:13 PM.Comment

well you can see it took me 4 attempts to sort of accomplish making a thread. 2d post has a link that downloads a short video. then you have to open the down load to see the video. Don't have a clue why it does it that way.
Anyway found my electric pump for sports balls. but it doesn't read any lower than 3 pounds. so apparently my bag had 3 pounds or less in it. I ordered a new guage that reads all the way to zero. At least that is what the ad said. LOL.Comment

That looks to be a 4208 bag, part of Everlast's former general retail line of bags. The specified pressure for their bags of that era is 4 psi of optimal performance. Too low and it will be sluggish, too much you risk failure of the seams. Also at that time they had switched to a pebble grain style of leather, which potentially can be rough on the hands.Comment
