          Those swivels have probably convinced a bunch of innocent victims that they could never hit the speed bag. They are that awful.

            If you gave me that swivel,....I'd give it back. If you leave it on my doorstep, I will trade it for a brush pile and burn the brush pile.

              Last winter after I just got started bagging again I went to a sporting goods store that sold used equipment looking for a ball and hook swivel. They actually had one of these in unused condition in the original box. I got it for 10.00 took it home and used it for about 3 days and took it back. Then I ordered a Powerswivel and a Deville and have been progressing ever since. Swivels like this and those big red everlast bags that are deader than a door nail have probably convinced a lot of people that they can't ever hit a speedbag.
