I plan on mounting chalkboards or dry erase boards near my stations soon.

Putting this gorgeous Arc Fuel through its paces with some elbow practice today. After my shoulders burn out I may try to write it.

Gotta love some Sunday bagging. So excessive that it chaps the fists! Light that fuel up!

I decided to add a dry erase board close to my stations, as I am trying to learn how to write the language. I think I have my last couple exercises correct here? Im still not exactly sure what elbow strike I am doing, so I just noted (DES) for double elbow strike.

That is genius, I've got a dry erase board in garage somewhere that was the ping pong score board. They look like outwards there I'm pretty sure, and the earlier video looked like downward. Videos can be deceiving though. I've always thought of it as outwards elbows' fist will be at opposite side of chest, and downwards has that fist up by that side of head as elbow is connecting.

It's the same board, I used velcro, in strategic places so I can move it around.

I just did that second exercise for about 10 min and I can do it fluently either way, with my elbow facing forward, or pointed outside the chest. I'm confident I'll be adding that to my options very soon.

Yes. There are three types of "DES" Outward = O-DES Downward= D-DES and Inward I-DES. depending on the direction of the elbow movement. You are doing and Outward in this video.

Welcome back! Thank you for clarifying that. I was thinking "DES" was short for "Double Elbow Strike". So, "DES" is always "Downward Elbow Strike". The I-DES goes across my chest and the O-DES goes away from my chest. If I perform it forward, it would just be noted "DES" with no letter before. I think I have it now?

If I were notating a DES where I landed Elbow-Fist on the way down, that would still be notated just "DES" and I would notate (e-f) underneath?

Cut a small clip out of my session tonight doing whatever this is? I tried to write it, but need more study on notations. I'm thinking it will look and sound pretty cool linked in and up to speed.

Ebozyn...I can only dream...I could watch him hit forever, hypnotizing.

I had to break down and grab some deerskin gloves for the 4213, as the piping is still pretty fresh. Extended sessions were ending with bloody knuckles.

Roger that! Most of the time I'm gloved when hitting the 4200 I have, and during the winter all the time pretty much. Cold bags and dry skin splits me open pretty good but another layer of skin certainly helps!
