That is genius, I've got a dry erase board in garage somewhere that was the ping pong score board. They look like outwards there I'm pretty sure, and the earlier video looked like downward. Videos can be deceiving though. I've always thought of it as outwards elbows' fist will be at opposite side of chest, and downwards has that fist up by that side of head as elbow is connecting.Last edited by Cazbag; 08-25-2019, 02:56 PM.

I just did that second exercise for about 10 min and I can do it fluently either way, with my elbow facing forward, or pointed outside the chest. I'm confident I'll be adding that to my options very soon.

If I were notating a DES where I landed Elbow-Fist on the way down, that would still be notated just "DES" and I would notate (e-f) underneath?Last edited by LouisvilleBagr; 08-26-2019, 06:06 AM.

I had to break down and grab some deerskin gloves for the 4213, as the piping is still pretty fresh. Extended sessions were ending with bloody knuckles.Last edited by LouisvilleBagr; 08-27-2019, 03:34 PM.
