    Hey brad

Looks like some of them are coming in. Some nice combinations.

Just a thought....It appears to me you might be overswinging just a bit, either trying to go too hard or too fast, which appears to make you overswing (make a larger movement than needed). Maybe you are holding your arms a bit stiff or something. Your movements just appear to me to be a bit tense or "strained". I don't mean that in a negative way, it's just the impression I get from watching this clip. Perhaps relax just a bit more..

    Bag on!

It's hard not to appear that way when you have 18-19 inch biceps. LOL

Great job Brad, a lot of nice combinations.

18 or 19 inch arms?. He appears to be pumped a bit, so I'm guessing closer to 20 or 21. I'd love to see an arm wrestling match between him and our bro. Fingers over in UK. He's a huge guy also.

See, I told you 18 to 19. Pretty good guess.

BTW SBB, do you compete in lifting or B.Building competitions?? Just curious.

Okay. First off, great work on the bag.

Secondly, regarding your heading in this Thread, I had to look up the word "arvo." And this is what I learned about Australians and abbreviations!

Wow! You have some big guns, as a we Americans would say. Is there an Australian slang for big muscles? (Just curious.)

Are you punching on a Jim Bradley? I like those bags. I have a BFF (BodyFirstFitness) Australian speed ball that I love. After watching you pummel that speed ball, I'm thinking that you need a bigger bag. That one isn't going to last! Keep the videos coming!

I would think bodybuilding language is pretty much the same as america, but if someones muscular, we would call them buff. If they're a unit as a whole, then i like to call them a juggernaut and if they are extremely muscular person we just call them freaks! haha

and i'm actually punching on a RUX bag.. it was only like 15 bucks on ebay... It's pretty heavy to be honest and i wouldn't reccommend it but it's all i got.
I do have a leone 9X6 and a cleto reyes 5X8 but those balls are a little too fast for me when i'm trying to learn new moves so i just stick with the rux
