Tommy is a fantastic speed bagger, and this video proves it. He was punching for over half a minute BLINDFOLDED for god's sake.

I think the bag he is using is a large Everlast, but not sure which one exactly. Here's a picture of Tommy's portable speed bag platform on the back of his truck that he brought to the Speed Bag Gatherings in Keyport, NJ.
