man, you are really improving. Nice linking front to back.
You can do the Downward-Double Elbow Strike (D-DES) after a Front Circle Punch (FCP) on ONE rebound, making it a Downward-Triple Elbow Strike (D-TES). Most people find that a pretty easy move.
Think of it as a Front Double Punch (FDP) with an Elbow in them Middle. Put your fists in FDP position, then raise the second fist (closest to you mouth) up to the Downward ready position, and your perfectly set to do the Downward Triple.
You've already got the hard part of this (hitting the bag belly with a downward elbow), now just put all the parts in alignment, and the technique happens pretty easy.
hope this helps.Speed Bag

Ninja, one thing I do notice right off the bat is that you're dropping your hands. I know it's tough when you've been banging on the bag to keep them up, but I've noticed time and again that when I drop my hands between hits and affects my overall speed.
You are to be congratulated for your very fast progression though!
