Thank You Bagger, and thanks for checking out my vid. You can learn alot about speed bagging on this forum. I would also suggest getting a copy of "the speed bag bible" written by alan kahn. His dvds are also a must . You, and your husband can learn ALOT from them. You can contact him from this forum, his member name on the forum is speedbag
Check out some of alan's videos on YouTube he's excellent at slappin' the leather.
        Thanks again. keep baggin'

Thank you. The spins, and pauses are from Dee Pooler he gets all the credit for that. He's an awesome speed bagger. I just TRY to learn from all the best baggers. Although the learning is a long process, the the process if very fun.
Thanks again for watching. Take Care, and Bag On!

Being a total noob, all I can say is WOW! Talk about control of the bag... you make it look effortless. (now I need to go into the closet and hide... only 14 weeks baggin'...damn!)

I like the mystery too....who is that hooded man?

I think that is the Detroit Rap star M&M.

I might have spelled that wrong.

I don't have the angst for the tunes but he definitely has the bag beat.

ebozyn. I've just started a week ago and watching your video was very encouraging and yet discouraging at the same time! I'm really feeling like a slacker now.

You made that look "effortless". Very cool.

That bag stop at the end was sweet. I actually rewound the video a few times because it was so instant that I initially thought it was edited in.

                          Was that The Roots?

Thank you for watching, and for your comments. Don't feel discouraged though, In a few months, we'll all be stealing your combos, and moves.

The music in the vid isn't THE ROOTS.
However, i do like THE ROOTS alot. In fact i speed bag to their music all the time.
The music in the video is by OUTKAST, the song is titled Playa's ball.
                              Keep on Baggin'
