I believe from what she has said that this is the "new" bag which is considerably smaller than what she has been hitting. As her platform cannot be adjusted, Alan's suggestion of building a platform to stand on now would help tremendously.

Look at her head looking "UP" to the bag. Look at her hand movements, hitting the bag in front, going down then under, then hitting RSP an going "down" then under and back up in front. Look at the angle of her upper arm, shoulder to elbow - going upwards toward the bag. I'm thinking it's too high.Speed Bag
