    ukspeedbag new set-up.

Thanks to everyone for all the input and and advice on my new set-up.

My reverse punching ain't too hot, something I never bothered doing before. Since seeing people like spinsmashpop, I want to start punch drumming so I better get some practice in.

The new Everlast set-up and new Everlast 6x9. Many thanks to everyone at www.speedbagforum.comand KJtech.com for the sand bags for reducing vibration.

    Enjoy!

Man! Look at splitting the fists after an Outward Double Elbow to Reverse Single Punch...! Great punching, Vin. You are really improving. Nice position, smooth movements and consistent pace.

Well done laddie, you're looking Awesome!

          (beautiful set up also....)

Bravo, UK! Bravo! And if the fancy hitting wasn't enough, you do a 360 turn and get right back into the flow of it.

I saw Skunk do that recently, is he the inventor of the 360 turn?

Man, your platform is rock solid. Couldn't see the least bit of vibration.

            Great baggin' for sure.

Cheers Mike, I'm going to fix a sheet above the set-up so it covers the lot.

Hello atgatt, I started the 360's a couple of weeks ago. I'm still missing 50% of attempts, but it'll come together. I have seen a few baggers spin, thought I'd give them a try.

goju, I was tripping over my own feet and having to sit down because I was getting dizzy. Scissorhands video on 360's helped me with my foot work.

Hey, cheers Pete. The Everlast 6x9 is my favourite.

Yeah! I think you already seen it mate. I got it from Sugar Rays but, it was the 5x8 that I ordered. It's a fantastic bag.
