I'd say she has some real potential. If she keeps working she could really master that thing....

She's in time with the music. She could take up the speed bag and become a punch drummer one day ! Next Thursday even.

I also notice her roping is pretty much dead on time with the music.

Interesting how the bag, and the rope, each have their own unique auditory component, and both allow total body rhythmic expression with the sound. I also really like her music. It would fun to punch drum with also.

I'm betting she could pick up baggin' pretty quick.

I think so. She also has a big smile the whole time, reminds me of baggin'.

Wow! All the vids had strong points. 3 minutes is a long time swinging the rope. The abs on number two looked like some work.

Check your browser settings....sometimes, when I'm viewing the forum on my iPad, I can't see some of the videos either.

Moving on… Thanks for posting this video for beginner jump roping, Zaza. I've been interested in this type of workout, but haven't been able to master it. Heck, I haven't even been able to keep it going for more than 3 consecutive jumps!! I guess I need to order one of her jump ropes. hmmm… if I get the hang of it, am I guaranteed a bust-line like hers?
