    new to the forum

    Hello my name.is.Chris from tooele Utah I am almost six.months into the speed bag game. I just recently went from a u bolt swivel to a deville ball hook swivel.I try to practice as much as I can due to work and a three yr. Old daughter makes it hard at times.I have had improvement and want to take it as far as I can. Thanks and how do edit my profile please don't delete me.
