I was very glad to meet Zach Ruffo in person and see him in action. Zach looks incredible in his videos and is absolutely mind blowing in person.

This gentleman hung out for the better part of the day and picked up quite a few new techniques. He learned a lot and was impressive in how quick he learned what he did.
Another satisfied trainee...

Another LA Boxing instructor, also did very well on the 7x4
Skunk gives tips on elbows. The lady on the right learned a few new techniques, and was quite impressive on the bag.
Alan and Zach, discussing the speed bag
Alan gives an overview of the Speed Bag Bible. A few lucky trainees received complimentary copies.
J. Scott, marketing director for LA Boxing, works the bag
