I just made an appointment at Broken Heart Tattoo in Keyport, NJ. Tattoos aren't cheap, are they? Oh well, you only live once, and this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
I hope you get something good... and original (not out of a book)...it will be with you as long as you....are!
I got my first tattoo at 43. Yes, it took that long to know what I wanted, design the tattoo and find the right artist for the work. Although more accepted now, I had to make sure they would be covered by a dress shirt for work. It's a good pain & addictive too! Always leaves you wanting more...kind of like baggin'
Mrs. D, hope you get it toward the end of the festivities. I don't have any tattoos but understand that you have to take care of them at first. It may not be conducive to good fun speed bagging. Hope it doesn't hamper your excellent talents during our stay.
Howz that tatt going?
R we gunna get a look...?
Where is it?
What is it?
Well, to be totally honest, I chickened out – temporarily, that is. Partly because of that scary "Bad tattoos" link you posted, Zaza. But, I discussed it with some of the SBF members in Keyport, and they suggested that I get it at home. Soooo, I'm going tattoo parlour hunting this holiday weekend. I'm planning on getting a small, simple tattoo in a "tasteful" location on my upper torso, out of sight. I've asked "Trainer Raul" if he'll take pictures of the event... You know, for the grandkids!
