Hello! The agenda is still a Work In Progress, but you can expect that FRIDAY 7/19 and SATURDAY 7/20 will be where all the activities are. There's a discount code for the Best Western. They still have rooms last time I checked:

When you click on the link it will show you a different rate as it is the average of the 5 nights. Everyone will need to change the arrival and departure dates accordingly. If you type in each date for 1 night you will see the above rates as I mentioned.
There other hotels in the area , but the Best Western is closest. There's also a holiday inn not much further away. The Best Western will probably fill up.
