I'm New to the forum, Been speedbagging on and off for about 10 years but taking it more seriously as of the past 3 months or so. Mainly working on combinations I got my front and behind the bag stuff down pretty well mainly working on Elbows and Side bag punching now. I'm waiting for Speed Bag shack to get the Forza Ball Hook swivel in stock because I read this swivel is better for freestyle hitting as opposed to the traditional way boxers hit the speedbag. Looking forward to some good speedbag discussion

You may be able to get the Forza through ebay. I know they were still in stock as of two weeks ago. That's where I got mine about three weeks ago..

If the Forza is out of stock hopefully they will make another batch soon. They seem to sell well when they are in stock. As with all things speed bag, if you see something you really like, think about grabbing two, as bags and swivels can stop production at any time, or worse the quality can change for the worse as cost cutting comes into play.
