Need balazs speed bag platform installation tips

Just ordered a balazs speed platform and I was wondering what is the best way to install it. I'm gonna use 2×4 s horizontally but I see alot of people installing them adjusted all the way up at the top of the rails. Seems it would be sturdier but it would be only for my height. I want it to be as solid as possible so I am considering installing it positioned at the top of the rails.I would like to know from someone who uses a balazs platform if this makes a difference.
