Snow Shoveling speed bag training...

I am going to believe snow shoveling is good for speed bag training as it is preventing me from just hitting the bag... The bag is mostly what I think about shoveling so it must be true. As a basement speed bag dweller in Vermont, it is nice to come up for air and get outside once in a while though. Still learning, practicing and reading the Bible.

The speed bag has really helped my snow shoveling...really, it has! I'm in upstate NY and was lucky enough to have mounted a platform in the living room. Shoveling & baggin' is a killer workout.

Well, just today.....

Of course my 10 years in New York and 9 in Michigan saw a few blizzards. But I'll take the normal Texas winter over the crap you're going through anyday....

I may play golf this weekend. 68 with a southern breeze. FORE!

I'll be headed to Orlando this weekend for a visit with my parents and leave the snow behind for a week. But that means NO bag'n either. Maybe next visit I'll be at a point to check out some speed baggers down there. Mickey Mouse maybe..?
