New to the board.

Hello all. I discovered this message board while searching for a great ball-hook swivel. I have a Deville on order and am really looking forward to learning all I can from the members here. I've been addicted to the speed bag for some time now but have been relegated to terrible platforms and swivels at the local YMCAs. I'm close to purchasing a platform and am leaning heavily towards the TITLE Boxing Precision Adjustable Speed Bag Platform.

It's within my price range, looks to be stable with supports that extend across the platform and is adjustable so my girlfriend can use it too. If anyone reading this post has an opinion or suggestion about this platform or a better alternative I'd love to hear it.

That is a great board at a great price. The Balazs i-Box Speed Bag Platform is awesome also and in the same price range. I have never hit on the platform in your link personally but I know some here that have one. I can't remember any bad reviews of it.

I have hit the Balazs I-box many times and they are rock solid.

Welcome to the board. by the way, the Deville swivel will work great on either board.

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome and advice! I had ordered the Title platform, but the lighter weight and awesome look of the Balazs made me regret that decision. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the order (Title's customer service was fantastic) and now a knockout red Balazs is on the way. I'm excited and pics/videos will follow. Thanks again
