Hey Everyone Happy New Speed Bag Year! I remember at last years convention there was discussion about trying to get a group rate for the Best Western Hazlet near Real Gymm this year. Who wants in?!? I figured it would be best to get the ball rolling now to get reservations early on.

I told Nancy at the Best Western that I would be calling her for a group rate...I'll call today and see what we can get,

Update.... Just spoke to Nancy ( she loves us speed bagger's!) and she will be getting back to me next week with a group rate. The dates for SPEEDB.A.G. V are July 11- 13, 2014.

Thanks. ....and we need to do something special for Nancy this year. Maybe give her an event shirt or Bag signed by all of us, .....something. She has been a great friend to have in that area.

We should all sign the poster, and invite her to the viewing party Saturday night, (The OFFICIAL movie Premier. Ps: we need a red carpet...)

Don't book it yet... Nancy said she will get back to me this weekend or first thing nect week. A contract will be put in place and then we can get the 'code' for a discount. No worries, you have a good 6 months until SBV!

O.K., just heard from Nancy and she will be sending a contract to me shortly. The deal will be $89.00 per night + taxes. (rooms are normally $99 week nights and $110.00 weekends, so it's a pretty good deal)

Once I get the contract back to her, we will have a discount code. I'll let you know when I have it all set-up!
