Great shape. I'd like to "select" it on my swivel for a while and see how it feels.Originally posted by Rhy View PostHas anyone tried "Select" make in Canada?
It has a wider bladder than my Cleto Reyes, personally i find the Select to be faster but harder to add in reverse/side punches.. Now could that be due to my technique or do bags like the Select with a fat bladder for just triplet rhythm punching?
Select Sm 6.75"x9"
Cleto Reyes xs 5"x8"
Can anyone talk about the size of the loop and if it make's a difference, if you notice the Select bag has a small/shorter loop than The Cleto Reyes.Speed Bag

I bought mine at Flaman's fitness store up here in Vancouver, but Select has an online store, google Select Speed Bags.
I have the medium size Select bag as well 7" x 10.5" which is my fav for hard punching, great rebound easy control for triplet rhythm, I've never had a chance to punch on anything other than Select bags and my xs Cleto Reyes so I'd love to hear what one of you's think after using it.

Yes I tried to but using my iPad and some reason when I posted the link I did a quick test and it came up as a dead page so I deleted it from my post, I have no issues googling Select speed bags and getting the website..Originally posted by paranday View PostI searched, but can't find the Select website. Can you provide a link ?
Let me try again http://www.tepee-select.com/sbags-S818.htm click on boxing equipment then click striking bags!
Lol funny thing is I went to flamanfitness.com and they only had Adidas speed bag advertised.Last edited by Rhy; 09-29-2013, 08:40 PM.

44 years in business and I haven't heard of them till now?? Plus I lived in Vancouver where this company is based...
I would select the Rival 8X5's.
One can purchase 2 Rival bags for the price of 1 Select bag.
I feel this one would be faster...
This one I feel would be slower...
Don't buy your speed bag from the same place you buy your tackle box.

Yeah when you look on the web site the "Select" bags are expensive, but go into Flaman Fitness store and you can get the small bag for $49, it's the only place in Van I was able to find a bag other than going online and having to wait for it to arrive in the mail.
I'm not too sure if my next bag will be a Rival, Title, or Leone as I'd like to try them all.

Title or Fighting Sports. 1 of those 2 for what you are asking.Don't buy your speed bag from the same place you buy your tackle box.
