Good evening. Thought I would share a picture with you all. Today I set up a couple of friends with a new platform, swivel,(Thanks Ralph) and a new bag. Also built a small standing platform for the shorter of the two. This is my friend "just joe" and his bride Rogene. They have watched my addiction and wondered if they would be able to do it. I've known a lot of people, but none that work any harder than the pair. They have joined the forum and I hope them the best of luck.

thanks for the advice...stop when you feel pain...I have..and find I have pain but very little...but it is hard to stop once you get the bag going..will keep training..
