This has made me remember how we used to read these cartoons in news papers ans wait for it to come during school days. Now I don't even know whether they still come?

Boy are they recycling the newspaper comics. I remember that strip from the first time it appeared in the mid 1960's! They've changed the Rocky Graziano line to Rocky Balboa (not surprising). I suppose if they can keep printing PEANUTS they can do it with Blondie too.

Funny thing is, by the late 60's I was also eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Sunday paper so I could read the comics. I remember reading them as I watched professional wrestlers Chief Jay Strongbow and Gorilla Monsoon throw each other around the ring with my brother. Then we'd have a 'match' of our own in the living room (to my Mother's dismay... Something always got broken). Yes.... The good old days. So, I'm right there too...history.Originally posted by paranday View PostKeep that up and you'll be history too!
