I don't know of any commercially made platforms that are intended to be used outdoors. Most if not all of them that I've seen are custom built ones, the best known are the ones at Venice Beach in CA. It is possible to "weatherize an off the shelf model, usually by either really sealing the platform (which is usually made of particle board) or replacing it with one made of a weather resistant material. MsDeville has one that Trainer Raul made of steel, I recall some experimentation with various structual plastics.
I would think you could make a rebound surface that would stand the rigors of outdoor elements out of Acrylic or something similiar. This would be a custom make, probably replacing a standward wooden board on the metal wall framing.
