The main importance in speed bag gloves is protecting the skin. The bag shouldn't be so hard as to require actual support. As such, nearly anything will work including gardening gloves.

I've punched bare handed for years, once your hands toughen up, it's no big deal. If you need to keep your skin and knuckles pristine though, gloves definitely help.

ive been wearing my weight lifting gloves and found them ok for bag just wondered if they gave enough support that was all and if there was any gloves aimed soully at speed bag thanks for reply

I don't normally wear gloves, but when I do I use these Weightlifting gloves from Harbinger.

hi folks new on here but a big speedbag fan . can anyone recommend a good pair of gloves for using on speedbag ive been using my punch bag gloves but not over keen on them is there any just for us guys to use thanks in advance
