The countdown to SPEED B.A.G. II begins

It's almost here folks - I'm off work and will be packing the Speed Bag Trailer over the weekend, hit the road on Monday ... first stop LAKE CITY FL, home of Speed Bag Skunk.

Also had a real nice chat with the President of Balazs Boxing today

This is going to be a great event, it's NOT TOO LATE to make plans to attend people!

You heard the boss man, if you can possibly make it, GO FOR IT!!!! The inaugural event last year was phenomenal. And there is no reason to think that this year's gathering will be anything less.

Anyone close should get to Keyport, if just for a day or two. Nothing can compare to watching Skunk bag at warp speed or Alan flawlessly punch drum to any tune. Not to mention the camaraderie of meeting and spending time with baggers from around the country. If this year's gathering is even half of what last year's was, it will be well worth it.

As I mentioned last week, if you are on the fence, hop off and get to NJ. You will NOT be disappointed.

Inexpensive lodging and meals, bagging with the best in the world, sharing, learning, and getting to know one another. What more can you ask for?

    DO IT!

This past Friday I sent a few boxes of stuff (books, dvd's, etc.) to Real Gymm by UPS. I hope Donny gets it by Wed or Thursday.

Nothin' like a little trucker anarchy to start things off....btw Alan, right at 1:26-1:30 I think a few OSHA regs were violated regarding operation of and passengers on a forklift. Oh, and the alcohol abuse. Though I like my Miller Lite and Guiness, that was no way to treat those cases of Coors! Beer is beer!! Love it , respect it, drink it!!(responsibly of course)

We're 53 miles into South Carolina... going to try and get most or all of the way there tomorrow. Probably lots of driving. I think we're 650 miles to go

Hope you all have a great time! Can't wait until I'm good enough to go! I'd bring my bass guitar and jam with all you killa punch drummers right now though if I could!
The rhythm is gonna get you, too!
