    what the skinny on good ones i was looking at rivals, anyway advice is welcome

    Hey Brother, I think size is secondary to the bungee tension. DEB are kinda like speed bags. The more skill and control you have, the smaller the bags you tend to like. There are lots of DEB videos on youtube.

      I have the Everlast 7 inch Double end bag. To me its timing & accuracy. One of the harder bags to master. Throwing combos on this bag is a blast!! I also have 2 different types of bungee cords i use. Just to mix it up. I dont put to much tension on the cords tho. Kinda like it loose. Here is my Double end bag. Hopefully when i master this bag i can pick up the 5 inch Title double end bag!
      **On a side note i think this thread belongs in Heavy Bag & Double End Bag Forum.
      The "other" bags - heavy bag, double end bag, and any other non-speed bag boxing or martial arts equipment discussion.

        My ceiling is too low...cant use one unless i get on my knees and hit. LOL

          i have a similar problem in my garage i just cant seem to get the tension right.

          the ball is way to low if i have the cords at the right tension i.e not tight
