Would the Golden Swivel allow a bagger to turn it's back on while punching?? Yes his spins are awesome, but it might be considered disrespectful to turn your back on royalty while punching. In fact, the aura emitted by the gold might even block the spin, forcing one to face it with dignity.

I hereby announce on this day that no one is allowed to perform any spins, antics or such like when using my 25 carat Golden Swivel.

The reason is simple. Because I can not do any spins I have banned everyone else. So there. My swivel.
