A few years back before I even hit the speed bag, I remember RINGSIDE had a grey suede leather bag with red piping. I believe they marketed it as QUIET and EASY ON THE HANDS. I think it was about the same time they had that bag with the adjustable strap, which I think TIM owned at one time.

I don't recall that model, but I sure wish they'd bring it back!

Yep I did. Sold it to a friend. Wouldn't mind getting back , not that it worked particularly well, but at least for the novelty of it.

Nice. How does one make or have made a custom speed bag?

Thanks! A lot of time, patience, and equipment. That's how one makes a suede speed bag.

I make them as a little hobby/side hustle.

Do you notice any difference in rebound when the suede side hits the platform?

I never got a chance to use them. I sold the beige one and the red and black one went to welterweight contender, Luis Collazo.

Maybe I'll make one this weekend and if the weather is nice I'll take my set up to the park.
