It's hitting with a lot less vibration and yes I'm still waiting for the new bag. I enjoy having it outdoors especially in the summer. Thing is, our winters here in the UK are long, cold and often wet and there's nothing worse than planning to have a good old hit but, can't due to rain. Sometimes I have to go weeks without a single session.

      Thanks Baggist.

Is there room to set up a pop up canopy? They only take a few minutes to set up so you don't have to leave it up all the time.

Can you screw in a little plastic, or canvas, slightly angled awning type thing?
Maybe the canvas kind that rolls up? Man, that's all it would take. And it woudl be great to see a clip of you punch drummin' to "Baggin' In The Rain"!!!!
            Your outdoor setup is great!

In a nutshell it's a tent without sides, and uses a folding frame for support.

Hey Dutchman, I did not see your prior post about the canopy. That's a good idea. What do you think of the awning idea, so there is nothing around you underneath cluttering up the area?

It may be a better idea, depending upon what kind of footprint he has to deal with, not to mention it's more than likely less expensive.

Sorted I think! I'm going to use a sheet of plastic screwed to the wall that'll roll out when I need to cover it up. Thanks for the ideas guys!

SSP, I like the idea of 'Baggin In The Rain' Thanks for that!

I took delivery of my new Everlast bag today, thing is, it's a 9x6 rather than the 8x5. Sugar Rays got it wrong! Oh well, it's still a nice bag and a little faster than the Rival 9x6. I'll make a video this weekend.

                          Hello Mike,

I don't know what you would use to mount the platform onto a wood wall. Maybe someone else will come along and help you with that.

The platform it's self is superb, especially at such a low price. With a little weight on top, it's solid too.

Hey Mike, welcome to the forum. Love that moniker. I have the exact board mounted to a studded wall in my garage. I'll post up a pic when I get home.

I have two 2 x 4s bolted to the studs, and then attached the platform to the 2 x 4s. If I remember correctly, the only hardware you will need are 4 lag bolts to screw into the 2 x 4s.

So you bought two additional 2x4s?

my wife is worried about it damaging our wall which is why I'm asking tons of questions

Thanks for welcoming me to the forums nd helping me. Keep baggin'!
