Interesting I-Beam speed bag attachment

That looks sound and solid, if you have an "I - BEAM" great idea.

I have used their speed bag I-Beam set up and it is made very well with a superb drum.
If you have an I-Beam this is the fast, easy speed bag set up.

Their heavy bag(Spider Mount) mount looks like a great way to mount your heavy bag without the noise and vibrations(if you have upstairs inhabitants)
