I think (?) maybe it was about the plastic ball and hook in a blister pack

LOL, I just noticed the sticker on the "original" packaging says 4444B. The ball hook was the 4440B. So, not the original packaging, and potentially a knockoff. Its hard to tell with those photos what you are buying.
