Are bladders available for old leather bags?

I like the look of these neat old vintage bags on eBay like this Wilson H1274:

Are bladders still available? I imagine they are pretty hefty and a good strength workout.

Those of us that collect the vintage bags are currently using Title's XL bladder. It gives service, although with a few of the larger bags it's stretched to the limit. Failure while in use is not unheard of (have had them let go on me). They are relatively in expensive, and I keep spares on hand.
