older better Everlast chain-link swivel ???

This particular swivel looks far better than the two chain-link Everlasts I've had over the years. The one retaining clip I had looked like it was cut on a bandsaw -- real junk. This swivel looks higher quality. What do you think?

    older Everlast chain link swivel

This looks exactly like an Everlast chain link swivel that I purchased in Miami in about 1976. At the time I took an Everlast ball hook swivel off the platform that I had purchased and replaced it with the chain link. That chain link was stamped made in Japan and it was of very high quality. It was a very fast swivel. I lost the chain link somewhere over the years but still have the ball hook which has seen virtually no use.

Yep, that's a super chain link swivel, much better than the models today.

Yeah it was joyous day when I finally got a pair of snap ring pliers. Shortly there after I stopped using that style of swivel. Figures.
