I don't know about "wearing it out..." but it is a decent beginner video for most folks. He hits pretty fast from the front, but that is all he did - typical boxer speed bag work. Nothing wrong with that of course, but from a total speed bag perspective, it is a little short on variety.
I might disagree with some of how he explains it, but for general boxing use, it's not a bad or un-informative video.
