That is his new variation of Outward-Triple Elbow Striking (O-TES) with same leading arm after only one rebound instead of three.

key is: After the second fist (third part of the O-TES), which is Front Straight Punch, hits the bag you have only one rebound to reset the other arm to do the outward elbow motion. It is almost like doing an Outward-Double Elbow Strike (O-DES) followed by a Front Straight Punch (FSP) after one rebound.
