Check it out everybody! This is my part of the fundraiser event that happened at Gleasons Gym in Brooklyn, NY with Rock Steady Boxing and the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation this past Sunday. The event was a success and well attended. I had a lot of support from a couple guest appearances by some fellow speed baggers in the video. Enjoy

Amazing Presentation by everyone!! Great Job. Needless to say I am very proud of you all, .....and OMG you killed Mortal Combat! WOW some of those double bumping elbow combinations and your fist entries from reverse area of bag are just too cool for school. (Yeah, I saw it... )

What comes to mind is "Awesome" sharing time with my bag brother and sisiters. Gleason's Gym no words can explain the energy level in that space of excellents,Flyweight Champ Keisher "Fire" McLeod-Wells, amazing rope skipper and beautiful person. Time just flew by (Ataraxis) killing Mortal Combat and Are you ready for this,making it look so easy demonstrating skills off the chart. The Q-Dee did her thing meaning 'cutie' elbowed up and Speedbag for life ripped into the next orbit.
