I've been trying to come up with different ways to shoot video of speed bagging. I had the idea to turn off all the lights and hold small red bike lights in my hands. It didn't really work but when I took over-exposed still photos I got some interesting results. Nothing that great but I thought it might trigger some ideas in someone else. It's pretty hard to get the exposure right, press the trigger and get going all on your own. Maybe someone else can pull it off better.

) Somewhere, tucked away on a back-up drive or in the icloud, is some video I shot 3 or 4 years ago. Back in my most addictive phase of speed bagging, I experimented with small flashlights in my fists while hitting the bag. I tucked away the video clips with the idea of posting them at a later date. Hmmm… now where did I put those clips…
