    Looks and sounds to me like you are developing solid fist control, particularly your Front Fist Rolling (F-Roll) and continous single fist punching with one rebound. Elbow strikes and linking fists through the bag are coming along.

          This positivity and modesty from everyone is wonderful. I like the part at 1:04, it seemed so fluid and perfect. btw did you hang your heavy bag on a garage door track... if you did, I didn't realize they were that strong.

            Thank you and good catch.. yes it is hanging from the garage track. Typically mounted with lag bolts directly into the truss. I don't know about other areas but we build for 170 mph winds on this island

              Wow! that seems like a scary place to live. So Florida = sunshine, oranges, and hurricanes... don't go there unless you really like citrus lol. I've always thought about doing pullups on those tracks, but the cost of repairing it if it broke has normally always stopped me, hmmm, maybe today is the day lol
