I like it! Keep practicing .... I like to work on things at a really slow speed and then speed them up as I start to 'get it'. Like Alan always says, "think of it as a control bag".

Thanks u guy. I just started.to start slow then try to speed up. It helped me a whole lot. Marlon the linking and elbows will come. I had to wait quite awhile I'm a slow learner I guess. I don't get to bag as much as.I would like to due to work and a three yr. Old
