You're looking pretty good with the elbows and linking… Which speed bag is that you're using? It looks like a heavy bag. You probably get a good workout with it.

It's my first bag the trusty everlast elite. Starting to be my favorite! My wife just got a I pad and I was trying to do it from that. Better stick with the motherboard. Maybe one day ill get it right.
