Autoritah it is and shall be!!! it is pretty solid. Added an extra piece of plywood, 60lbs of sand in the duffel bag, bolted to a cinderblock wall. Not to bad for what i paid. It's no Balazs but it works great!

It was Primus & Limp Bizkit & during Primus' set some d- bag threw a full beer at Les and he finished the song, and spoke on the stupidity of paying for tickets to a show, and buying an overpriced beer only to throw said bevearge at the stage. i am a big fan of different types of oil in my morning protein drink (wheat germ salmon cod etc)--have never tried wd 40--i don't think it is thick enough to stick anywhere but if it will help my bag skills i will give it a shot or do you use it as a spray on--dd

It's perfect for lubing up those stuck joints. A little shot with the morning mud/java/cup o joe should be enough to lube yer tubes...yeah.
