Amazing video! I can only imagine how exited you all were to meet and see each other in person. was it only tim skunk and alan from the forum there?

Far as I know. Nobody else identified themselves as SBF members. It was a real thrill hanging with Tim and Skunk. Both are great folks to be around. Very personable and great with helping others on the bag. The Forum was well represented but of course I wish others could have been there. We may have picked up a few new members from those that attended.

... I left it untreated and now I hear a clicking noise from my left shoulder when I lift it above my head. Any possible therapy advice would be appreciated.

Guys, (this goes for anyone with a shoulder injury) the best thing you can do is to see an orthopedic doctor. They can do x-rays for the bone and MRIs for the soft tissue and find out exactly what is wrong.

I hurt my left shoulder many years ago weight lifting. I never had it looked at (until recently) and it never got back to 100%. Earlier intervention may have headed off any long term problems....

Thanks all of you for watching the videos i am in the proces of uploading lots of pics lol. We all had a blast it was great meeting some other speed bag feaners just like me. I do wish we had more speed bags there was great being able to help people but others would get board with watching and walk off if we had like 2 training areas and then like 6 other bags for others to practice a lil farther away from the teaching it would have been great. But all in all we had a great time and i hope alan and tim are setting somthing up soon!!!! Tim when we gettin back at the LA gym they might want us back for another!
